I would have given five stars, but here is why I didn’t. Yes, these guys are super friendly, got us in quick and I felt like the price was reasonable. What I did not like: my husbands a salesman for a large company and happened to be driving by the shop on the way to his warehouse. Looked over to see if he could spot the truck and if it was done. Nowhere in sight. Drive a little farther down the road and there in the Drive thru line at Wendy’s is our truck. Lunch is not a test drive. It’s called unauthorized use. I didn’t say you could pick up lunch in my truck. Test drive, yes. Lunch, no way. This is clearly personal use of my vehicle not a test drive. My husband didn’t even go in when I went into pay because he was pissed. Here’s the kicker, when you voice your frustration and they act like they don’t care. “I didn’t know that happened.” No but I’m telling you it did. I don’t leave a lot of reviews and I can excuse a lot of things but the I don’t care customer service doesn’t work for me. If you even acted like you cared I may have considered coming back but you didn’t care probably because your fries were getting cold in the back office. Hopefully you were more truthful with the repairs than the “test drive”.
I am so sorry to hear about your experience and we had a talk with all the guys about what is an allowed test drive and what is not! I am so sorry that my manager/service advisor did not show more concern when you told him about the truck being at Wendy's but I can assure you he told myself and the technician immediately and we will not let it happen again! Thank you for your business..
