They were GREAT. I was told by another shop that I needed new rotors. And a Ford Dealership told me my brake pads were getting very low. So, I scheduled doing both jobs together at Back Shop Auto. They looked at the brakes and rotors and then test drove my vehicle. I was surprised when they called to tell me my brakes weren't nearly to the point of needing this work. And that I would be basically wasting my money to do it at this point. I told them I'd be back when that work (or any other) was needed! They didn't even charge me for their time! To me this demonstrates a truly honest business. I would completely trust their word on the cost of any needed work. They didn't take advantage of me even when the opportunity was handed to them!

This is the 2nd time I've had Back Shop work on my brakes due to wear. They do quality and timely work.

Love this shop!!! They always give me good honest feedback with whats wrong with my car and what i can fix now and fix later. They have a big shop and a good amount of mechanics so usually the car is done and fixed in a day. If you are in search of a good shop for your vehicle Back Shop auto is the place!!!
