The workers are friendly, they are not trying to "push" you out of the shop, conversation is enjoyable with them. I appreciated that they called me with service recommendations and pricing before doing the work (I did have a Situation with another business where that did not happen). My vehicle is running well. I plan on taking my vehicle back soon to get some other needed services completed because they were great.

It was my first time here at Back Shop to get my brakes & rotors replaced. Greg and his team did a great job at taking their time with my vehicle. My brakes were at the point of squeaking!
