I was referred here by a friend. I needed my brakes done on the back, and an oil change. Also will be going in for emissions today... Greg was very nice, he even made sure that the quoted price he gave me is what I paid, I told him my budget and they kept it under. Most mechanics don't care about your budget. I will be bringing my truck here from now on. Greg even brought my truck to me when it was done. Very nice and professional place. Thank you!

Unscrupulous, low down, to take advantage of someone the way your treated my friends 98 lesabre with a p0303 misfire code I am sure your mechanic is not that stupid so that would leave me with the conclusion that ya'll intended to replace the twenty dollar sparkplug wires after you made 300 bucks on a fuel pump I am sorry that your business is in such a bad place that you feel you need to lie to your customers in such a criminal manner I was wondering if it was a mistake but there is no longer any doubt you folks are crooks and I felt the need to let you know that I have got figured you snake in the grass!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your business gets in a place to where you ain't feeling the need to rob people like you have tried to do here good day

Amazing that people want to attack a business without ever calling to say they have a problem? I called this person and they yelled, told me my technicians were dumb accused me of trying to sell things that did not need replaced then told me she had someone replace wires and repaired???? Thank you for coming in and trying us. we apologize for not meeting your expectations we work hard and train hard so that we get it right the first time

My husbands family took their vehicles here for years and have had good service f I'm the mechanics. When our car blew the engine we took it there for diagnosing. The mechanics were quick and thorough. Here's where the problem comes in. After diagnosing they parked the car in the lot outside and during the night it was broken into and about $1000 worth of sport equipment was stolen from the trunk. One of the mechanics the next day noticed the trunk ajar and closed it but didn't think anything of it. When we found that the items were missing I called the owner to open a claim on the insurance of the company to get the items replaced as it was in their possession on their property. The owner was an absolute jerk about the whole situation and refused to even look into it. According to him the car just so happened to be parked in the one location the cameras don't see. How convenient. He also said that once the car is in the lot it's considered public property which I know is not true. Needless to say we did not get any compensation to replace the custom created items that were taken from their property under lock and surveillance. My advice is if you need same day service they are great but don't let them keep your vehicle overnight as they take no responsibility for anything that may happen to it.

WOW first bad review over a car that we had never serviced prior to being towed in with blown up motor? we informed customer that motor was bad that day and did not charge them. customer decides to sell car for junk yard and can not find title so after car sits for 10 days(without storage or diagnostic fees) comes in to clean out car and says gym bag with custom made wrestling suits are missing I told him I am sorry but when you leave a car in a parking lot with multiple businesses (unless the whole thing is gated) cars in the lot are not covered this is very standard for business insurance. I guess the thing I would ask is at what point when you are towing your vehicle to a repair shop and you have valuables in your car is it your responsibility to remove valuables from that vehicle that you know the motor is bad and you are going to junk???? I guess it is always someone else that created the problem..

I won't take my cars anywhere else. I first heard about Back Shop Auto back in 2010, a friend at work told me that his mother had taken her car there for a repair that she had been quoted a few hundred dollars for by another shop; Back Shop found that the problem was actually a much easier fix, they charged her a few dollars and she was out the door. This has also been my experience. Everytime I bring my vehicle into Back Shop Auto they get it fixed and I am out the door for much less then other shops have quoted, many times the problem isn't even what I was told by other shops. It is so nice to have a group of mechanics that I trust!

I have recommended you guys to many of my friends. IMHO - I am trusting you guys with my life. You treat me very well and my late hubby and I have our cars serviced by you for ages. Nobody else will touch my car. You are awesome.
