They were GREAT. I was told by another shop that I needed new rotors. And a Ford Dealership told me my brake pads were getting very low. So, I scheduled doing both jobs together at Back Shop Auto. They looked at the brakes and rotors and then test drove my vehicle. I was surprised when they called to tell me my brakes weren't nearly to the point of needing this work. And that I would be basically wasting my money to do it at this point. I told them I'd be back when that work (or any other) was needed! They didn't even charge me for their time! To me this demonstrates a truly honest business. I would completely trust their word on the cost of any needed work. They didn't take advantage of me even when the opportunity was handed to them!
